Dlaha

Terms of service

Effective 30 October 2026

Using Dlaha

Dlaha is a personal expense journal for Android, sold as a one-off purchase through Google Play. You may use it for your own and your household's record keeping. Don't misuse the optional online services (sign-in, household sharing), for example by trying to access other people's data, overload them or get around their limits.

Your records

Your records belong to you and are stored on your phone. You are responsible for keeping backups: if you lose your phone, uninstall the app or lose your recovery code, we cannot restore your records, because we never hold them.

Not financial advice

Dlaha helps you write down and review spending. Totals, reports, budget pace and tips are calculated from what you recorded and may contain mistakes, for example from misread receipts. Check important figures yourself. Dlaha does not give financial, tax or legal advice.

Online services

Google sign-in, Google Drive backup and household sharing are optional and provided as they are. We may change, limit or stop them; the app keeps working on your phone without them. Google services are also subject to Google's terms.

No warranty and liability

Dlaha is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Privacy

How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date. Questions: [email protected].
